Its very simple but you should lose only 2-4 kg(healthy weight loss). You should do three changes in ur habits such as food habits, physical activity, life style changes.
Food habits & diet changes (simple tips but important for weight loss):
* Eat 4-5 small meals with healthy snacks.
* Take correct portion of meals & Maintain ur meal timings.
* Include plenty of fibers foods such as fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, whole grains.
* Drink a lot of water in a day.
* Reduce salt & sugar intake.
* Avoid junk foods, fatty foods, empty calories drinks.
*Non-veg lean meat , skinless chicken , egg white, fish.
Physical activity: You should keep you very busy around you like instead of using lift use steps to walk & going by walk to shop or walk with dog .
Do any kind of cardio exercise or aerobics for 30- 45 mins a day for 5 day a week.
Life style changes: Keep ur mind stress free, reduce the outside eating.
