Join my gym!  Actually many people come to me asking for ways to contain diabetes. I've been in the fitness industry for a while now and I've seen many diabetes patients. Most of them think that a few exercises will help them. But the truth is it takes a sustained effort. You need to watch your diet and also your alcohol intake. Cardio exercises are very important and you must jog or run for at least half an hour everyday. You can throw in swimming and cycling into the mix as well. Any cardio exercise is useful, but you have to be regular with it.

The diabetic weight loss diet is very similar to any other weight loss diet. But don’t go under less than 1200 calories. The most important bottom line is you must eat less & burn more calories. The calories are calculated by age, sex, physical activity & weight. Carbohydrates would typically take only by 50% of daily calories as a low carbs intake is associated with low blood sugar levels. Portion control is essential to keep ur blood sugar regulates.
