Detox is not actually a correct way of losing weight but it has other benefits if done in a right way and for a right duration. As the name itself suggest , detox diets actually helps in flushing the toxins out of your body. these toxins accumulate in our body due to various reasons (stress, muscle wasting, excessive or long term medications, consumption of faulty food e.t.c)
As these detox diets are very low calorie wise.. we feel it would lead towards weight loss... but these diets though helpful when done for a day or 2 but are not nutritional adequate for any one ... hence please dont do such dietss for more than 2 days .. or else u will be left with a tired and dull feeling ... lose ur stamina n energy levels n feel week and once u return to ur normal routine, the entire weight will be recycled.. making it even harder for you to lose it.. rather explore more, there are so many healthy ways of losing weigjht without any side effects, where you can eat food and lose weight at the same time ... !!!
