    Along with the dangers of rapid weight loss as Lifemojo team explained, there is no long term success with rapid weight loss methods. Studies have proved that, people who lose weight rapidly are more likely to regain weight than those who lose it slowly.

    I completely agree to both. Faster the rate of weight loss, greater is the rebound tendency. rather concentrate on weight loss regime that gives weight loss which is sustainable. Don't follow extreme procedure inorder to lose weight. Not only, weight gain will be there, but there will be micro nutrient deficiency in your body.
