What a great lazy bumps you are dear! You are calorie conscious yet you are afraid of exercise. Any ways no issues there are solutions also. You will have to follow a health regime and a healthy diet that will keep your calories in control. Firstly if you are avoidingexcercist you must do your daily chore on your own. You should not rely on the machines. Next stop using lifts; you can just take the staircase to your office. You can cycle to your office also. Avoid eating fast foods. Oily and greasy foods should also be avoided to reduce weight without exercise

By doing any activity like household work or sleeping or sitting, studying, etc you can burn the very small amount of calories but most important thing is that you cannot lose or burn more calories which is required for weight loss. Combination of balanced diet, life style modification with exercise are more effective way for burning the calories.

Hey Matt, Loosing weight without exercising is not possible for a healthy body. You take in calories through diet but you can burn your calories only with the help of any activity or exercises. So, you have no other way than to exercise. Do more of cardio training exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, etc.
