    Yes, there are foods which help you burn more amounts of calories than the calories that they contains. A combination of these foods and exercise will boost your metabolism and burn more calories. Fruits like lemons, oranges, guava, papaya, sweet lime are high in vitamin C and fiber and have fat burning properties. The pectin in apples restricts the cells from absorbing fat. Nuts also contribute to burn fat. Curry leaves help flush out the toxins and fat deposits in the body. Garlic is another effective food. Research has shown that green tea boosts up the metabolism, honey mobilizes extra fat deposits.

    Yes, there are many foods are there to burn the body fat. For example- green tea, grapefruits, chillies, honey, all vitamin C rich fruits, fish, high fiber foods.
