    Running and bicycling! Hands down these are the best exercises that you should be opting for. And i'm not talking about running in the gym. If you want a real cardio workout then the best place to do it is on the streets. Get yourself a geared cycle and start cycling for about two hours every day. Cycling will not only help you with cardio but also helps to improve your blood circulation and keep your muscles fit. If you have the time, you can even give swimming a shot. I'm sure you have noticed that swimmers have outstanding stamina. 

Not only improves circulation, normally exercise are helpful for good digestion, maintains sugars in the blood, reduces the blood pressure, improves stamina, Improves immunity, gives good sleep, maintains over all health. cardio- exercise like cycling, running, swimming, brisk walking, rowing, Step Aerobics, rock climbing, steps climbing are more effective for weight loss & for health.

    Hey Nishttha,
    Any cardio exercises best to loose weight. But if you are a beginner then you need to start up slow with some light to medium intensive exercises. You have to do more of brisk walking, jogging, skipping, etc for 45 min then you can go for intensive exercises as soon as you eel really comfortable with these exercises.
