Best way for weight loss is combination of balanced diet, exercise & lifestyle modification.
Balanced diet & diet tips:
* A balanced diet means getting the right types(Carbohydrates,protein ,fat, vitamins,minerals) and amounts of foods.
*Eat 4-5 small meals with healthy snacks.
*Increase more fibers foods like vegetables , green leafy vegetables , fruits , whole grains , fiber cereals, dhal, pluses.
* Don't keep junk foods around, because it's much easier to fight those urges when junk food isn't readily available choose healthy snacks.
* Limit the consumption of foods high in saturated fats and cholesterol.
* Luke warm water with lemon should be consumed early in the morning and after dinner.
* Drink plenty of water in a day(2-3 liter).
* Reduce salty foods & reduce the consumption of salt.
* Reduce the coffee & tea intake , better to have green tea which helps in weight loss as well.
Exercise:
* Do any kind of cardio exercise or aerobics for 30-45 mins a day for 5 day a week.
* Not only exercise is important to maintain even you should keep you very busy around you like âinstead of using lift use steps to walk & going by walk to shop or walk with dog.
Life style modification:
