I have been working out since last 20 months and could reduce around 19 kilos but to my surprise since last one month my weight is not reducing below 65.8 or 65.9 i have tried various alternatives such as to go on fruit diet/ eating only oats throughout the day or eating in lesser quantity and having more than 5 meals a day. Along with this i am not able to reduce my belly which is around 33 inches now, it has been hovering around 33 to 33.5 inches. I am trying to reduce it but i dont know the reasons neither the weight is able to reduce nor the belly fat or inches in belly. Can you pls guide my how to break this.
