This is the worst fat to reduce and needs lot of patience (I know it's very tough to keep on exercising patiently if you don't get results). Lower abdominal exercises will help you. You can find lower abdominal exercises on net and if you do it religiously for 3 months you will start getting result in 3 months. Try taking hot water also after the meals.
