While there are loads of gizmos and frauds out there claiming to take you from Yokozuna to Marilyn Monroe there are a few that actually work and are also medically approved. One such less-invasive method is Belly Bands-approved by the USFDA in 2001- which decreases the appetite of the individual thereby accelerating the rate of weight loss. This is achieved by "banding" of the stomach by tying it with a silicone band at the top to form a pouch that can hold only a fist full of food. So if you're 80-100lbs overweight with a BMI of over 40 or at risk from blood pressure and heart attack and need to lose weight fast without going for invasive surgery- belly bands are an effective way to achieve your target.

    Hey Rashmi,
Are you talking about those sauna belts and such gadgets to loose belly fat? Then let me inform you that its of least use. Just vibrating the body part and sweating is not the way to reduce your body fat. You have to burn calories. If these gadgets can burn calories then only you can loose the body fat. So inquire about the product before you buy.
