Are frozen roti/parata good to eat??

Hi,
I am 27 years old girl and my weight is 65. I live in Singapore. I am not able to cook here so I am thinking of using frozen roti and parata. I wanted to know are they safe to eat because I want to lose weight. The one pack of parata i bought is sugar free. Please guide, what else I can eat to lose weight. I only like Indian food.

    Hi Neelima

Don't take same roti types, use different types of rotis like methi roti, onion roti, bran roti, soya roti, veg mix roti, etc.

    All the best

    Hi Neelima,

well frozen roti can be eaten while you are on weight loss. but plz do read the content next time. plz check if it has any preservatives added (some comapanies dont add). these might affect your weight. and by the way if you are luking for weight loss, you can try having cereals and milk and fruit combi... a perfect combi of fiber, nutrients and protein and calcium. healthy and low cal. even if you have this for 2 main meals for even a week , you ll notice a good weight loss. although you ll have to include more variety in you food later on so that you can avail all kinds of nutrients. other things that can replace roti is brown bread. just spread some green chutney and add veggies to it , tosted or raw .. its healthy and low cal. you can make daliya whenever you get timne . just presurre cook daliya and veggiues for 3 whitsel . it will get ready by the time you change and freshen up !
