    fat free foods need not necessarily mean that they are low in calorie, its more over become an advertising rule, fat-free products are often filled with sugar to replace the flavor that is lost when the fat is removed. And as if that's not bad enough, without any fat to slow it down the sugar is absorbed into your blood faster. hence the harm is still same. dont fall in to the traps of marketing rather cook healthy low fat receipes at home

    No , Fat give you some energy & helps to absorbs few vitamins in your diet but too much of fat is very bad for health. Fat free foods help you to obtain those benefits by allowing you to cut down on fat without missing out on having the foods you like to eat.

    Fat free foods are normally it contains fruits, vegetables, green leafy few examples are given : apples, apricots,artichokes,asparagus,beets,blackberries,blueberries,broccoli,brussels sprouts,cabbage,cantaloupe,carrots,cauliflower,celery,cherries ,chives,cod ,corn,crabs,cranberries,cucumbers,eggplant,garlic,grapefruit ,grapes,green beans,kale ,leeks,lemons,lettuce,limes ,lobster, mangoes,mushrooms,nectarines,okra,onions,oranges,papaya ,parsley,peaches pears,peas ,peppers,pineapple,prunes,pumpkin radishes,raspberries ,red cabbage,spinach ,squash,strawberries ,string beans,tomatoes,turnips,watermelon, etc. This are very good for weight loss & to maintain healthy life.

    If it's something that's made to be fat free then it's fine, but I've recently learned that alot of the things they substitute for flavor or preserving the product are extremely harmful and can lead to heart disease and even cancer. Fat is not good for you either but there is a right way and a wrong way. I'm studying now to find the right way so that I don't screw myself over trying to get in shape. :)

    Prefer low fat foods which are made in home these are not harmful.
