    Most of the fat burners available in the market are nothing much than glorified caffeine.That means, they are pharmaceutically manufactured caffeine in high doses,along with some herbs.These fat burners actually do nothing,but probably damage your health in longer run.These products containing very high levels of caffeine and herbs are irreversibly harmful to the cardiovascular system,endocrine system and the central nervous system.Excessive intakes will lead to Central nervous system burnout,exhaustion,mental fatigue and also mood swings.Thus fat burners have more harmful effects than the good effects.Hence,these should be avoided as much as possible.Natural methods of fat reduction like,diet and exercise should be followed instead.

    Fat burners foods are good for health. Examples for fat burning foods: apple , blackberries , broccoli , brussels , blue berries , asparagus , beets , artichokes , brussels sprouts, cabbage , carrot, cherries , corn, cod , cauliflower ,celery, cranberries , egg plant, garlic, grapefruit , crabs , cucumbers,grapes, green beans , kale , leeks , lemons , honeydew,limes , lobster , mangoes , mushrooms , lettuce,onions , oranges , okra , papaya,parsely,peas , pears , peppers , pineapples , peaches,prunes , pumpkin, radishes , raseberries , red broccoli, red cabbage, string beans , strawberries , spinach , squash,watermelon, tomatoes , turnips. But avoid fat burners pills because it has many side effects.
