can sumone tell me about the low fat diets and its benefits?

    Low fat diets are those which are low in both visible and invisibile fats.Thus diet is very low in fats like butter,cream,cheese,mayonnaise,ghee,oils,deep fried foods,oily snacks etc. Besides foods like whole cream milk and milk products,egg yolk,red meat are rich in saturated fats and cholesterol so have to be avoided if you want to have a low fat diet. these types of diets are very good for people who are weight conscious and want to reduce their weight or those people who are having hyper cholestremia,hyper triglyccerides or high levels of LDL.
    In such situations the best options to have are vegetable oil,specially olive and mustard oil,margarine,low fat or skimmed milk and its products.,egg whites,fish like salmon and sardine.

    Depending upon how you cook the food.Low fat foods are corn flakes , oats , foods contains good fat like omega 3 & 6 , unsaturated fat like peanut oil , sesame oil, maize oil, soyabean oil,sunflower oil,almonds, flax sedds , egg white,fish, sunflower seeds , walnuts , all whole grains like jowar, oats ,barely,whole wheat , pulses , lentils ,vegetables , fruits, green leafy vegetables .
