    Best work out to reduce tummy is Aerobic exercises, where you can lower your total body fat percentage and thus, reduce your tummy. For more help please refer to this article:

    Ravish is right. Abdominal workout includes not only concern area exercises but it includes lots more of aerobic and cardio exercises. The exercise regime to reduce tummy fat depends on your body fat percetnage. If your body fat percentage is high then its better that you do more of cardio training exercises and less of weight training exercises for tummy and if your body fat percentage is in normal range then its better that you do more of weight training exercises for tummy and less of cardio training exercises. So, the two exercises has to be balanced according to your body fat percentage.

    Combination of cardio exercise & weight lifting is more effective for lower abdominals body. Do at-least 45-60mins daily or 5-6days in a week.
