Hi, Losing weight in 7days is definitely possible, but how much do u want to reduce? Losing weight drastically is not a good idea for sure... however what u can do is get into Fruit and vegetable diet which means u have fruits in the morning, afternoon 2 roti's with a big bowl of vegetables ,evening black tea with digestive biscuits n in the night atleast 2-3hrs b4 going to bed have fruits n veg with wheat roti n a glass of skimmed milk...Excercise a bit along with this and u will see difference within a week for sure.
