    There are a lot of tips to reduce weight loss which can b dome by making certain changes in your day to day routine like
    • walking on the way back home
    • exercising in the gym
    • swimming occasionally
    • eating a healthy diet
    • having lots of fruits and vegetables
    • avoid sweets
    • avoid fatty foods
    • don't have heavy meals instead have small frequent meals
    • having a bowl of soup in the dinner
    • having a glass of water 30 minutes before your meals
    • having flaxseed and water before sleeping
    • having a glass of water early in the morning etc.

    * Eat 4-5 small meals.
    * Choose healthy foods.
    * Add more of fiber foods like vegetables, whole grains, leafy veg, fruits.
    * Drink plenty of water in a day.
    * Avoid skipping the meals.
    *Avoid fasting while on dieting or weight loss
    * Avoid bakery foods, sugary foods, high salt intake
    * Have good fat for cooking - choose vegetable oil.
    * Avoid high fat foods
    * Sleep well for 7-8 hrs in a day.
    * Exercise for 45mins - cardio exercise with weight training will help you to weight loss.
