Work out. What else can you do? The only way to lose body fat is to work out regularly and give your body the chance to burn some fat. This is not an easy job and it takes time and effort. You have to put in the hard yards to ensure that you lose weight. You also have to follow a strict and varied diet. Stay away from things that have a high fat content as this will hamper your work out pattern. Also switch to lean meat and low fat products. Leading a healthy and proper life style is very important if you want to lose weight.

    Hi Chinmay,
I agree with Eesha, in order to reduce your body fat you need to burn calories and bring negative caloric balance in the body. Regular aerobic exercises, low caloric diet and active lifestyle are the key to reduce fat. Learn to cope up with your stress as stress alone can be a major cause obesity.

    Hey Chinmay,
Cardio Cardio And Cardio !! You have to burn more calories than you take in throught diet. SO you have to combine your cardio workout with healthy and less calorie diet. SO that you can burn stored fat.
