Can you tell me a good 30 Weight Loss Program?

    What is a 30 weight loss program? There are several different weight loss programs that you can op for, but I don't think that there are any age specific weight loss programs.You can opt for a juice diet and exercise combo or a three hour meal diet. There are so many different good options that are available and it is very difficult to say which one is better than the other. Unless and untill you try it out you will never to be able to tell. But a good weight loss program has to combone a healthy diet and a exercise regime.

    I completely agree with Neha, there are plenty of weight loss program and its not all possible to say which one is good because what works on you nay not work on other. Ideally speaking weight loss programs should be individually customized looking after ones needs, body type, individual differences etc. Moreover weigh loss and weigh gain is all about calories. To lose you need to have a negative caloric balance and the healthiest way to do so keep a track on your diet, do at least 3-4 days aerobic exercises in a week and live a healthy life style.

    I completely agree with the above discussion. Weight loss depends upon various factors such as body fat percentage,Body Mass Index, body composition etc. So opt for that weight loss programme where all these individual parameters are taken into consideration.

    Hey Neha..... Exercise plan is customized based totally on the individuals fitness level, exercise intensity, weight ,BMI, etc. So none can suggest you a proper workout plan for your goal unless we know these all factors.
