I completely agree with Neha, there are plenty of weight loss program and its not all possible to say which one is good because what works on you nay not work on other. Ideally speaking weight loss programs should be individually customized looking after ones needs, body type, individual differences etc. Moreover weigh loss and weigh gain is all about calories. To lose you need to have a negative caloric balance and the healthiest way to do so keep a track on your diet, do at least 3-4 days aerobic exercises in a week and live a healthy life style.
