    Healthy food! That is the menu. But in any case I don't think that you can lose weight in just thirty days, but I guess its worth a shot. You are sure to be able to burn some calories and fat if you eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. Fruits that have a high vitamin C content will help you lose weight. You can also opt for legumes, green veggies and other healthy food. Switch from normal meat to low fat or lean meat. Reduce the amount of sugar that you consume on a daily basis as well.

    Healthy food and avoid junk food. This is the only way you can take in less calories.
    * Avoid late night and heavy dinners.
    * Avoid taking any food which are rich in fats as it takes long time to get digested.
    * Take small frequent meals in a day. This will help you to boost your metabolism.
    * Avoid pastries, sweets etc which are rich in calories.
    * Do aerobic exercises for 45 min in a day to burn calories and thus achieve early weight loss.
    * Breakfast is an important meal of our day.Make a habit to have a healthy breakfast like oats meal, corn, fruits or sprouts.
    So, make your own menu out the above things and achieve a healthy weight loss.
