    Are you crazy? Why on earth would you want to put yourself through something like that? I know losing weight is important but this is an extreme step and you will experience severe side effects. I hope that you will not do anything as drastic as this. Going without food for several days is a crazy notion. Your body requires some amount of calories to survive and if you drink just water you will not have any energy at all. You might end up in a situation where IV drips might become necessary. There are several other methods of fasting that are much more viable an healthy.
