You will lose fluid weight in your body but not fat body. Liquid diet is called as detox diet which is removing the toxin from the body but that should be only one day. In liquid diet you will get very low calorie, no protein, no fat, good amount of vitamins, minerals. But in weight loss better to have whole fruit instead going for juices because you will get fibers & it helps to increase metabolism resulting from good digestion from the whole the foods. It is beneficial to lose weight but it is not complete replacement of solid food. Try to consult your doctor or dietician to start your liquid to lose weight
