If you are serious about losing weight then you need to continue this fruit diet for at least a minimum of three months. You can just survive on fruits and you need to eat some solid foods as well. But fruits such as apples, grapefruits and tangerines are ideal for burning any excessive fat in the body. Give yourself time and be dedicated and you will see the results for yourself.
