    There are many three day diets that claim to help in weight loss as well, and most of these diets are the same although they're known by different names. These diets are also touted as detox diets that can remove all toxins from the body. The actual truth about these diets is the fact that they hardly work, and that they help the body lose weight in a temporary manner. These diets cause dehydration, and the body loses a lot of water and in this process - a lot of weight. This is not healthy weight loss. These diets should be avoided, and a well framed diet (with lots of calories) should be followed.

    I agree with swati, Detox diet is very good for remove the toxin from the body. One should follow monthly once. For weight loss one should eat well balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, healthy snacks, whole fibers foods, etc. Drink plenty of water to maintain the metabolism. Exercise is one best way to burn the calories , do for 30-45 mins in a day , 5-6 days in a week.
