I agree with swati, Detox diet is very good for remove the toxin from the body. One should follow monthly once. For weight loss one should eat well balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, healthy snacks, whole fibers foods, etc. Drink plenty of water to maintain the metabolism. Exercise is one best way to burn the calories , do for 30-45 mins in a day , 5-6 days in a week.
