There are no specific time limits when it comes to losing weight, as weight loss is essentially a slow process. You should give your body enough space so that it adapts to the changes slowly and smoothly. Any fast changes can prove to be ineffective and you start consuming very high amounts of food after the diet is over. Any diet takes a minimum of two months to show good long term results, so you should be ready to wait that long. You can also try increasing the intensity of your exercises for faster results. This way, you can easily lose weight.
