    Hi

    Example diet plan for weight loss:

    Breakfast: Whole wheat bread S/W, Fresh fruits, Warm water with lemon
    Mid Morning Snacks: Watermelon/Papaya
    Lunch: Veg Salad, Mint roti , Low fat curds
    Evening Snacks: Multigrain Biscuits, Tea/coffee/skim milk
    Dinner: Veg Salad, Broken wheat pulao

    sujeetha has given some nice example of 1200 calorie diet. make sure you eat a lot of fruits and veggies to ensure fiber and nutrient intake.
