You need to do a lot of exercise mate. Fat can be notoriously difficult to get rid of and you need to burn it using a combo of diet and exercise. You will have to exercise at least for 3 hours a day and I a talking about rigorous and tough exercise. Cardio exercises are the best and this takes a lot out of you. You can opt for running, jogging, swimming and other cardio exercises such as yoga. The best exercises are ones that are extensive and help your burn carbs and fat. Even things such as kickboxing and tai chi are good exercises.

A guy weighing 1000 pound must consult doctor first before staring any sort of weight loss program. Before starting with any exercise program, it better to go for clinical exercise testing or graded exercise testing (GXT's) to check his body's response to exercise. Based on the test, proper exercises can be prescribed whereby mode of exercises, intensity, frequency and duration will be decided. If you are looking to lose weight in one month then better go for surgery as with exercise its practically impossible.
