With the help of the plan, you will not put on any excess weight. If you want to lose weight then you should eat god and healthy food that amounts to 1000 calories. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables through the day. Also include a lot of lean meat in your diet during the day. Nuts also provide good energy and they are a good option for you. Good Luck!

    Hi

    Very simple divide the 1000n calorie by 4 , keep three portion for main meals & 1 portion divided by 2 & this can use for healthy snacks. according to that you can plan & try for weight loss. Include of more of low calories foods & high fibers foods.
