How much weight can you gain with the consumption of 100 Grams of Fat?

    Not much! You will be consuming that much on a daily basis and you are not likely to gain much weight. But you must make sure that you are physical active so that you don't put on too much weight over a period of time. Always use a calorie counter and remember the number of calories you are consuming daily. You can burn the same number of calories in the gym everyday and you will know exactly where you stand in terms of weight loss or weight gain. Also some fat that you can from some food can be more difficult to get rid of, so watch what you eat.

    Hi Lucy,

    1 gm fat = 9 cals , do 100 gm fat = 900 cals . a persons average daily requirement is around 1500 cals . if you take 100 gms fat , half of your allowance comes from fat , which is not healthy, besides youll have a lot of health hazards of taking so much of fat. cholesterol levels would go up. so y risk .. even if you work out and spend the intaken calories , you would not be ab;le to undo its harmful effect on health. an you would alsp deprieve your body of essential nutrients . hence taking minimum amount of fat is advisable
