1. calculate ur BMI
2. Eat 5-6 small meals.
3. Maintain meal timings & portion control.
4. Include plenty fibers foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes.
5. Don't skip or fast.
6. Drink plenty of water 3-4 liters.
7. Drink green tea to improves the metabolism.
8. Use only 3tea spoon of oil & sugar in a day.
9. Avoid fatty foods, refined foods, high calories, empty calories foods .
10. Exercise for 45mins in a day. (cardio exercise is best exercise).
