    The most common way to lose weight is to eat the right foods and exercise regularly. Exercising regularly is easier said than done and you must make a sustained effort. You must give yourself plenty of time and you should not expect results overnight. You can also go in for a juice diet and make sure that you don gain too many calories. Calculate the number of calories that your body requires and make sure that you stick to it. Try not to exceed the calorie limit as far as possible. If you do exceed the limit, then you must hit the gym and lose those calories.

    1. calculate ur BMI
    2. Eat 5-6 small meals.
    3. Maintain meal timings & portion control.
    4. Include plenty fibers foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes.
    5. Don't skip or fast.
    6. Drink plenty of water 3-4 liters.
    7. Drink green tea to improves the metabolism.
    8. Use only 3tea spoon of oil & sugar in a day.
    9. Avoid fatty foods, refined foods, high calories, empty calories foods .
    10. Exercise for 45mins in a day. (cardio exercise is best exercise).

    Hey Ashima.......
    Healthy diet does not men that you need to undergo a very strict diet, or you need to just have fruits ,fruits and fruits.. But healthy diet means a counsious eating.
    * Avoid junk and oily stuffs.
    * Stop munching potato chips rather opt for fruits or baked items.
    * Have small 5-6 meals per day.
    * Avoid heavy and late dinners.
    * Avoid having too much of rice esp in dinner.
    * Exercise atleast for 45 min in a day especially aerobics exercises.
    * Never say no to breakfast, its a important meal of a day. Have some healthy breakfast to keep you body system keep going with the fuel.
    Try out this simple tips to achieve your goal and try making your weight loss in a healthy way.

    Hi,
    1. Have proper breakfast. Dont skip this meal
    2. Make sure to eat at every 2 - 3 hours
    3. Have salad in both meals
    4. Make sure to use slim milk or cows milk.
    5. Incorporate green tea
    6. Have 10 glasses of water in a day
    7. Restrict your oil intake to 500 ml per month per person
    8. Restrict your sugar intake to 2tsp per day
    9. Incorporate 1 - 2 fruit in your diet
    10. Brisk walk for 45 minutes for 5 days a week
