    Adding to these 10 small heath tips to lose weight, one more tip which I personally fell very effective is "WALK WHEN YOU TALK". Easy connectivity has made our life more sedentary and we spend much time on cell phones. Walking when you talk on phone can burn more calories efficiently and you may lose weight without much effort.
