All the above items are not reachable for a common man. Best way to use RAAGI which can be used by any common man . In interior Karnataka, it is used as daily food and people very healthy since it contains a lot of fibre.

    Sir
Thank u for reply for receiving from Sujeetha g. But only by drinking water,
one can reduce the burning sensation in the stomach, but not the appetite.
Other than the water , these are following items one can try

    1. Any Raagi products - RAAGI MUDDHE, Raagi Rotti, Raagi dosa(One of the
daily home food of Bangalorians and part of North Karnataka)
    2. Any product of Jowar - like Joladha Rotti (daily food of poor people of
    North Karnataka)
    3. Any product of Maiza crops - like pop corn

In the first two cases, it contains a good quantity of fibre , so it reduces
    the appetite sensation.

I welcome comments for the above answers.

    Kind Regards
