    Buttermilk
    Coconut water
    Ragi and Bajra
    Sprouts
    Curd
    Olive oil
    Seafoods
    Citrus fruits
    Brown rice
    Egg whites
    tofu and Soy products
    Vegetables like spinach, beans etc
    And most importantly water.
