    There are many short term and long term health effects involved with following a crash diet, and the main health effect is yo-yo dieting. People embark on crash diets and cut off all food in a sudden manner. They surge back in a wave of hunger and start consuming a lot of food after the diet, gaining a lot of weight in this process. Seeing the weight gain, they'll start off on another crash diet to lose this weight and the cycle will continue. People who take up crash diets also experience depression, low energy, fatigue, misery and intense hunger.

    Hey Ruchi,
    Of course 10 Day Weight Loss Plan has short term and appealing effects but it has more of long term harmful effects as posted by Nandita. Also there is usually a high possibility of regaining the extra weight. The most important thing when you lose weight at a faster rate the weight loss is not much due to fat loss but mainly due to loss water content and lean body mass. Remember your weight loss should always be a gradual process with regular exercise, low caloric diet and healthy lifestyle one can lose weight effectively with no side effects.

    10 days weight loss plan would include crash diets and unhealthy weight loss. And rapid weight loss would end up to short term effects.
