    There are some genuine weight loss programe. Just browse the internet and go throw the testimonial. A good weight programe focus on holistic approach in weight loss. They follow some guidelines which are according th WHO Or some genuine accredited body's. Don't go to any weight loss programe which promises you drastic weight loss. Ideally a minimum of 3-4 kg weight is recommended in a month.

    Hey Kate....... Weight loss programme consists of lifestyle modifications, healthy diet and regular exercises. Avoid any junk food and oily food. You need to do regular exercises including cardio and weight training exercises. Cardio exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do these exercises for 45 min in a day which would help to burn calories. Weight training exercises would be a later part of your exercises which would be more useful to tone your body and maintain muscle mass. Try to have a healthy active lifestyle.
