There are no options when it comes to a one week diet, because these diets simply don't work. Such diets are merely fads propagated by people trying to make a fast buck, so don't fall into their trap. Diets have a purpose, and they are designed to provide the body with nutrients while keeping the calories as minimal as possible. Along with a proper diet and exercise, you can reduce your weight easily as your body will start burning the excess fat in order to garner energy. One week crash diets will just make you hungrier and result in weight gain after a point of time.

As such there is no one week diet plan to lose weight. To achieve a sustainable weight loss, you need to focus on a well planned out diet plan, exercise and lifestyle modification. Also weight loss depends upon various factors such as your Age, weight and current BMI. So going for a very low calorie diet or crash diet is not advisable.

    Hi

Include fat burning foods such as Vitamin C and fibre and have fat burning properties so they may be called as fat burning foods or fat burners or fat fighters.

Vitamin C helps the body process fat faster and also stimulates the carnitine amino acid which speeds up the body's fat-burning capacity.Vitamin C dilutes the fat and makes it less effective and helps in releasing the fat from the body.

Foods containing chillies or cayanne pepper are considered to be as foods that burn fat. Chillies contain capsaicin that helps in increasing the metabolism. Some of the other foods that may be included in the list of fat burning foods are asparagus, beet root, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, chillies, beans, soybeans, sweet potatoes, blueberries and watermelon.
