Loss weight and gain muscle

Can anyone suggest some quick exercises for loss weight and muscle gain ?

    The best way to lose weight and gain muscles at the same time is to adopt a few training tips. This will help you to give your body the energy to increase muscle mass and at same to not to reduce your body fat content. Finally, it is good to get the adequate amount of rest.

    The best & healthy way to loss weight & increase ur muscle then you should follow the combination of diet & exercise. Diet: You can include more of protein foods & fat burning foods to maintain ur weight loss & it helps to build ur muscle. The best exercise is combination of cardio exercise, weight training & push up are best workout for build the muscle & reduce the ur weight.

    Its very difficult to do but not impossible you need to join gym and do all cardio exercise to loss weight

    There are many different types of exercise which help to reduce overweight. To reduce over weight you need to plan daily routine working schedules. Before you do that you need to know about some point like deiced weight goal, about body structure, plan perfect diet. These help to get rid of these over weight. Do regular work out for 30 to 40 mints to burn large amount of calories. Drink plenty of water. These help to reduce weight.
