I am very thin can anyone suggest me how can I gain weight

I am 48kg an my ht is 5 feet 7 inches and a vegetarian and eat all three meal what I need to do so that I can increase my muscle and weight.

    Hi,

    To increase weight you have to include some rich calorie foods which are healthy eg (milk and milk products,pulses,if non-vegetarian include non-veg,dry fruits and nuts) in your diet and doing exercise on alternate days is good concentrate on weights which will help in ur muscle building.

    mix some soya in your aata, like in 1 kg aata mix 100 gram soya, it has good protein properties, which will help you in muscle building.

    Go for workouts targeting muscle gain. Include more protein/carbs along with all other nutrients in your diet. Take a good rest.

    Take twice a day egg 3nos and Creamy milk and Peanut Cheess with Bread 3 slices and take Dry fruits and nuts and fruits.,
