Can I eat Chocolate 2 gain weight?

    Yes of course, chocolate is one of the best foods for gaining weight. There are several types of chocolates and each of them have a different benefit. Dark chocolates are said to be good for the heart as well. If you are skinny like me then eating a bar of chocolate on a daily basis will help you gain some much needed weight. :) Or you can opt for things such as beef and pork. While these will help you gain weight they are high on cholesterol so you need to be careful and make sure you don't eat too much.

    I completely agree with lenin. Dark chocolate contains more of flavonoids compared to milk chocolate. But milk chocolate is inhibits the absorption of flavonoids. Thus avoid the consumption of milk chocolate & eat limited the amount of dark chocolate. It helps to increase ur weight but known about the side effects of chocolate.
