Any special food that benefit my body building

I am 29 yrs old . I have started to gym. I want to build muscles. Is there any special food that benefit my body building.

    Take Whey protein drinks. They are good for muscle building. Happy Working out Dude!!!

    Well I drink a glass of orange juice before I hit the gym. I make sure I eat my breakfast well. My Gym instructor says eating sprouts is good for muscle building. I have completely cut down on fried foods and Chaat

    Protein is the one nutrient which is mainly involved in build the muscle, and also increasing the muscle mass. However...do not take an overdose. 1.5 g - 2 g / Kg of body weight would be a good quantity. Whey proteins are good!
    Also, keep taking all other nutrients as well in a balanced quantity.
