Protein is the one nutrient which is mainly involved in build the muscle, and also increasing the muscle mass. However...do not take an overdose. 1.5 g - 2 g / Kg of body weight would be a good quantity. Whey proteins are good! Also, keep taking all other nutrients as well in a balanced quantity.
