Smoking makes breathing harder causing coughing, wheezing and headaches. It damages your taste buds and smell. It also causes early wrinkles on face leaving your face dull and pale. Bad breadth, stains on your teeth and fingernails are other side effects of smoking.

    Hi

Nicotine in cigarette , not only affects lung & heart disease , it also affects very badly skin & hair also. Nicotine is a diuretic , so this will affects the surface of the skin by drying. Smoking reduces the blood supply to our skin & reduces production of collagen . It reduces the vitamin A levels . Nicotine has toxic effects on the healing tissues. It also suppresses the immune system to increases the infections of the skin like warts(a hard rough lumps growing on the skin).

Smoking not only effects one part of the body but it has its harmful effects through out the body from top to bottom. At the early stage of smoking it may not show any kind symptoms but at its end your may face a dangerous death, ex; no one likes to see the dead body, with a dangerous untolerable smell around . Even their dear ones will be hesitating to serve them at that time. So my humble request to all the smokers is to enjoy your time in any good ways ,keep your health fit and please don't make your parents and dear ones trouble.
