    This is an engaging and ultimately transformational Docu-Series looking to help Americans in need of a diet intervention. Each week, the series will follow a different person with an extremely restricted diet, food issue, or food addiction. A team of qualified experts will use a number of techniques to help the person overcome their nutritional and psychological problems and develop a healthier diet.

    -A brief paragraph about what makes your eating habits

    Most of times, people try to avoid table sugar in tea, coffee etc. But end up eating other sugar rich products such as small bite of cake, pastry, chocolate and sweets. Most people don't realize that these bakery foods products not only contain sugar but good amount amount of high calorie food items such as eggs, refined flour and vegetable oil or sometimes butter or ghee. so if you add all this items you will find calorie is much more higher than taking a small tsp of sugar.
