As you age there are lots of hormonal changes occur in the body and a result our metabolism become sluggish. So to meet the requirements of body, we should concentrate on diet that we take. As you age, you should have high fiber diet, and less of empty calories. And Alcohol contain empty calories. Reduce the intake of alcohol as you age. Have red wine or white which are rich in antioxidants. Apart from this, you can have vodka.

Try avoiding alcohol at any possible time because it eventually kills you gradually. It is a bad habit anyway of course in taken in moderation is alright, but anything that is in excess will cause damage to various parts of your body.
