    Alcohol on regular basis will harm your liver. However, you can have red or white everyday which is good health because of antioxidant properties. Men should drink not more than 21 units per week and in of women should not exceed 14 units per week to prevent liver disease.

    Whether small or large quantity, alcohol will damage your body system and your mind in a way too. Years of alcohol consumption is certainly harmful fir your liver. But what matters is you decide to quit it as soon as possible and take preventive measures and start taking care of your health and increase your awareness on harmful effects of alcohol on liver and other body parts too..
