It is quite unhealthy. These days people want to mix up drinking with everything they do! You might feel more energetic after taking a few drinks. But that's a false feeling. You may feel stressed out soon. It leads to dehydration too. Alcohol will interfere with all processes in your body -head to toe.I mean your brains ,blood, liver ,kidney and what not? Your muscles burn lesser fat and you put on weight. In the long term it may cause irreversible side effects. You exercise to stay healthy ,don't you? Drinking alcohol anytime has no benefit other than the pleasure you get from it; I mean if you are someone who enjoys it.
