Smoking can directly damage your skin tissues. Smoke from the cigarette doesn't decreases the bloodflow to the skin and deprives it from oxygen and other nutrients. The protein that is responsible for tightening the skin and keep its glow gets lessend in smokers. Hence smokers have a wrinkled face and they look more aged than their actualy age.

Smoking can cause paleness on your face and leave your skin look older than you actually are.
