Eat food that can minimise the ill effects of the alcohol. Cheese is said to be good before alcohol ,it protects the stomach tissue. Also after it, to overcome the hangover. Go for fatty foods before alcohol. They will reduce alcohol absorption. Carbohydrate rich foods like pasta and pizza are good. Fruits like banana, apple, water melon and papaya can also be taken. Not just food ,water is also essential .Keep the body properly hydrated. Alcohol will drain out lots of water from your body. Be prepared, drink lots of water. Do not over fill the tummy but never take alcohol on an empty stomach.
