Increase vegetables , fruits which is rich in iron , folic, calcium, vitamins & minerals ( Greens, red ,yellow, orange color vegetables , fruits ), cereals ( grains, oats, corn flakes , ragi, whole wheat, Brown rice), pulses ( whole Dal, if it gas problem avoid chana, pea) . Reduce brinjal, suran/yam, papaya, celery, onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, pepper, asfoetida, mustard, bajara, carom seeds, jaggery from your diet. You must remember that those who have previous history of abortion better they must avoid these. Do not eat left over, frozen & deep-frozen food.Avoid cold drinks, mutton, cocoa, chicken, eggs, alcohol, smoking, tobacco, betel nut, pan-masala but tea, coffee & ice-creams can be taken in small quantity..Walking for 30-45min per day .

Your daily diet should consist of variety of foods from different food groups.
Milk and milk products that are rich in calcium and essential amino acids. Cereals, pulses and whole grains that are rich in protein. Eat vegetables that are rich in minerals, vitamins and fiber. Have fresh fruits or seasonal fruits. In case you are a non vegetarian eat meat, fish and poultry that are essential animal proteins. Drink plenty of water and fluids.
