I don't know if its easy but you don't have to go out of your way to take care of your tummy. But you have to watch what you eat. Avoid anything that will cause gas in your stomach. You must make sure that you don't eat too much dhal or things like that. Also avoid red meat and stick to chicken, fish and other types of sea food during you pregnancy. You should also avoid spicy foods for a while. Remember that what you eat, your baby also eats. Fruits and juices are ideal during your pregnancy period. Cheers!
